Early childhood science learning plays a crucial role in developing children's cognitive, social, and emotional abilities, as well as their curiosity. Science experiments are an effective approach because they allow children to engage directly in the scientific process through observation, experimentation, and discovery activities relevant to everyday life. These learning experiences help children develop basic science process skills, such as observing, predicting, classifying, inferring, and communicating results. This article uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach that reviews various national and international journals related to science experiments, science process skills, and curiosity. The reviewed literature was analyzed through the stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions to obtain a comprehensive overview of the research topic. This study aims to explore the concept of science experiments for elementary school children, understand the nature of enjoyable experimental activities, and identify simple experimental forms that can be applied in science learning. The results of the study indicate that science experiments can foster curiosity, improve critical thinking skills, and create active and meaningful learning. In addition, simple experiments using materials and media in the surrounding environment can increase learning motivation and provide hands-on experiences that help children understand scientific concepts. Thus, science experiments become an important strategy in improving the quality of science learning in elementary schools.
